About Outdoor Boot Camp

A 4 week outdoor group fitness programme for women with a focus on Cardio, HIIT, Strength training and Core Conditioning. Ideal for fat loss, muscle tone, building core strength and cardio fitness. This is an excellent cross training programme to combine with other cardio endurance activities such as running & cycling. All outdoor sessions are 55 minutes in duration.

Each session is structured to provide variety & balance allowing campers to pace & challenge themselves within their own individual limits & fitness level. All fitness levels are welcome. Minimum age is 18

Using the natural terrain, classes incorporate a mix of exercises using body weight, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands & skipping ropes

Pricing Structure

R700 for Unlimited Sessions

  • Attend 5 sessions per week Mon-Fri over a 4 week Boot Camp
  • Unlimited flexibility to interchange between morning and evening locations/time-slots

R630 for 12 sessions

  • Flexibility to attend any day Mon-Fri over a 4 week Boot Camp to make up your 12 sessions within your registered location/time-slot

NB: Take Note

Please note that a once-off fee of R150 is payable to the Wanderers Club to obtain  access to train at the club. This will be added to your camp fee for your first camp at The Wanderers Club

Winter is definitely not the time to hide in the Fitness Protection Program!  Rather see the change of season as an opportunity to accept the challenge.  Stay consistent and emerge from the colder months feeling strong, fit and ready for Spring!

There will only be a later morning class on public holidays unless a public holiday falls on a week day within the Summer or Winter Challenge. Please note that there will be no classes at all on Good Friday, Easter Monday & Monday 10th August 2026.
