ABOUT BOOT CAMP ON THE MOVE
Boot Camp On The Move is an outdoor group fitness programme for women run by Owner & Trainer, Michelle Rozowsky. Michelle was previously the franchisee owner and trainer of Adventure Boot Camp (Illovo & Norwood) from 2010 – 2020. During Covid-19 lockdown, Adventure Boot Camp sadly closed its doors but Michelle continued with Boot Camp under her own brand, Boot Camp On The Move
Boot Camp On The Move is a 4 week outdoor group fitness programme for women with a focus on cardio, HIIT, strength training and core conditioning. It is ideal for fat loss when combined with a well-balanced nutrition plan, as well as for muscle tone, building core strength and cardio fitness. It is an excellent cross training programme to combine with other cardio endurance activities such as running and cycling. All sessions are 55 minutes in duration
Each session is carefully structured to provide variety & balance allowing campers to pace and challenge themselves within in their own individual limits and fitness level. The programme caters for all fitness levels by providing more challenging options for advanced campers and modifications for beginners who are just starting out. Using the natural terrain of each location, classes incorporate a mix of exercises using body weight, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands and skipping ropes
ABOUT THE TRAINER
I am a qualified Personal & Group Fitness Trainer as well as a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (Pn1). I have been running a successful women’s boot camp for the last 12.5 years. I have over 15 years personal and group fitness training experience both in South Africa and the UK. I’ve been active in sports & fitness my whole life having been an elite gymnast from a young age. I’m passionate about helping ladies achieve their health & fitness goals, enjoying the journey in between & maintaining consistency as a balanced long-term lifestyle
My mission statement is to motivate, inspire and empower women with the tools & skills needed to build positive and sustainable habits over time to achieve their health and fitness goals
